CAMARILLO, CA. | MARCH 19, 2018 – Mission Hills is a unique apartment community adjacent to California State University Channel Islands.  The community boasts features liker two sparkling swimming pools, a new clubhouse fitness center and a 3.5-mile trail that’s designed for runners and walkers.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with Kennedy Wilson and E&S Ring on the design of the exercise space within the brand new clubhouse.  Residents can now enjoy a “health club” workout with HOIST Duals® strength and Cybex E3 HDTV cardio machines.

The gym also features and area for abs, stretching, TRX® performance training.

Game Changers Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, NV. | DECEMBER 4, 2017 – Game Changers Sports has opened.  The 30,000 square foot facility hopes to change the athletic landscape, one athlete at a time.  Using a model that instills discipline and a hard core mental approach, the new facility provides “old school” training methods with the latest in sports technology.

Whether you’re a professional athlete, fitness novice, or a family looking to start a new fitness curriculum, the gym has for something for you.  Owners worked with The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) on the design space and equipment selection.  TDM also supplied the new equipment flooring and other accessories.

The new center includes Cybex® cardio, VR1 strength and free weight equipment. Young athletes enjoy strength & conditioning in the “Futures” program with emphasis on bio-mechanics, techniques and skills.  Adult gym members have access to featured classes; cardio boxing, super fit boot camp, and kickboxing.

SAN DIEGO, CA. | NOVEMBER 13, 2017 – The IDEA1 Loft Apartments has opened in San Diego “where Style meets Life well lived.” Residents will now have access to a 2000 square foot exercise facility designed and supplied by The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM).

TDM teamed with Lowe Enterprises and I.D.E.A. Partners to create the fitness amenity at the mixed-use development in the I.D.E.A. District.  The space includes cardio units, selectorized strength and free weight equipment,  and a one of a kind cross training area.

Residents now have a chance to “cross train” using the variety of fitness offerings including TRX® for the novice and hard core enthusiast. Cybex® cardio, Hoist® dual strength machines and free weights complement the unique and capacious space.
