Chess #2LOS ANGELES, CA. | MAY 20, 2017 – The Chess Fitness Training Center has opened in El Segundo, California to focus on performance goals for professionals, enthusiast and novices alike.  The location now serves as a home base for owner and “movement maven” Jennifer Paolucci.

Using training methods that are strategic and calculated in all aspects of physiology, Chess Fitness has garnered professional sports clients for over twenty years.  The new 1000 square foot “boutique style” facility will now serve both professional athletes and LA area locals looking for individual attention and a competitive edge.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with staff in developing a design for the space, equipment selection, and programming.  The new facility offers unique training equipment from Cybex, Technogym, Power Plate, and Rage Fitness.

Jennifer stated, “Our trainers can enhance speed, explosiveness, core strength, flexibility, with a focus on injury prevention.  We now have great tools, in a great location, which translates to greater success for our clients.”

“Team Dumbell Man” Supports NextStep Fitness

PASADENA, CA. April 22, 2017 – “TEAM DUMBELL MAN” partnered with friends from the Pasadena Police Department to support NextStep Fitness at the world famous Rose Bowl.  The first annual “STEPUP FOR NEXTSTEP” raised funds for NextStep which assists people living with paralysis and other physical disabilities.

“Team Dumbell Man” Super Trainer Steve Maresca, led a group warm up class before climbing the stadium steps.  The team then climbed 1372 stairs around the top of the Rose Bowl.

The event raised over $5,000 for NextStep.
