The “highly-amenitized” development, by local “starchitect” Michael Maltzan, features a “zero-edge salt-water pool” with custom cabanas, a rooftop garden outdoor theater, three whirlpool spas, fitness center and a private studio for virtual yoga and spinning classes from WELLBEATS®.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with developers on the design of the unique circular fitness area overlooking the pool.  TDM supplied all the new exercise equipment for the fitness center and studio.  The space features custom designed Cybex VR1® strength, Cybex E3 HDTV cardio and Cybex free weight equipment.

One Santa Fe features 438 designer studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments as well as distinctive shopping, world-renowned dining, community areas and public art space.
