LOS ANGELES, CA. | JULY 3, 2019 – The Los Angeles Police Ahmanson Recruit Training Center (ARTC) recently received a fitness center “make over”. The remodel space now offers equipment and training programs designed to meet the specific demands of the Arrest and Control/Physical Training for recruits and officers.
The mission of Training Division is to provide the best possible training for new officers, in-service officers, and police personnel from other agencies.
The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with the staff from the ARTC on design, supply, and installation at the Department’s facility. The new equipment features top cardio brands Woodway®, TRUE® and StairMaster®. The open cross fit space features Hoist® strength and free weight equipment from American Barbell.
