Raintree Partners, a Laguna Niguel, Calif.-based real estate investment and development company acquired the 302-unit multifamily community in 2010.

Residents now enjoy numerous upgrades to the property including the new exercise facility. EL SEGUNDO, CA. | APRIL 9, 2015 – According to Inc. magazine “Fuhu has reported an eye-popping 158 percent surge in sales over the past three years for the No. 1 ranking on Inc.’s 500 list.” Products including the signature red Nabi Android tablet have created revenues of $196 million in 2014.

The growing success of the Nabi division demanded an expansion of the El Segundo campus and the addition of a new on-site fitness center for employees. The new offices have men’s and women’s locker rooms and a 2,000 square foot exercise facility designed and supplied by The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM).  TDM helped with the conception of the space, supplied the new equipment and will provide maintenance service.

The new center includes Cybex® 625 cardio with E3 HDTV, a Bravo® Trainer, VR1 strength and free weights. Employees may also use their lunch hour to “cross train” with TRX® and a variety of body weight accessories.

LOS ANGELES, CA. | March 6, 2015 – Beit T’Shuvah or the House of Return has been guiding individuals and families towards a path of living well. The faith-based model, founded on authenticity and wholeness 30 years ago integrates spirituality, psychotherapy, Jewish teachings, the 12 Steps and creative arts. The LA facility recently added an on-site fitness center as part “path to living well.”

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) consulted with Mind Body Program Director, Baila Drucker to create a room that allows for “physical healing through exercise.”  TDM supplied Cybex® cardio machines and Hoist Fitness® strength and free weight equipment to accommodate space and usage.

Beit T’Shuvah offers 145 beds to adults struggling with various addictions and behaviors, ranging from substance abuse to compulsive gambling.
