MURRIETA, CA | APRIL 7, 2016 – Colony at California Oaks, a 1,500-home active adult golf course community recently completed a clubhouse makeover. The clubhouse is the central hub for the communities social and fitness activities. Boasting a fitness center, hobby and craft studios, a grand ballroom, theater, library, beauty salon and billiards. An outdoor pool and tennis, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts surround the renovated facility.

The Grand Opening today brought out “Team Dumbell Man” to help residents great acquainted with the new fitness center. The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) designed the fitness space and provided the new exercise equipment. The fitness center has a health club quality lineup from the Concept 2 rowers, SciFit steppers to custom designed Cybex VR1® strength and Cybex E3 HDTV cardio machines.

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with Yard staff to ramp up education on how the SPARC can become a “game changer” for high intensity interval training. “We pride ourselves on bringing the best knowledge and equipment to our members. For the past six years in a row Wynn Las Vegas has been named among the top 100 hotels in the world on Condé Nast Traveler’s Gold List.

Each upgraded fitness center was designed by Wynn Design and Development (WDD).  WDD worked exclusively with The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) to design and supply the exercise equipment for each space.  The goal was a new exercise experience that mirrored the detailed luxury of the properties; engaging, effective and safe.

The new CYBEX GO®  cardio machines were added with a complete  line of custom designed Cybex Eagle NX® strength and Iron Grip® free weight equipment. The new space added more room for cross training, stretching and kettlebells. Concept II Rowers, Keiser spin bikes and CYBEX Arc Trainers® were added help create two five star workout locations on the Las Vegas Strip.
