THOUSAND OAKS, CA. | NOVEMBER 10, 2014 – California Lutheran University was founded in 1959 on a ranch donated by Richard Pederson, the son of Norwegian immigrants. The college opened its doors to 330 students in September 1961. The school’s Forrest Fitness Center recently upgraded their strength training equipment.

Located in the Gilbert Sports and Fitness Center on Cal Lutheran’s North Campus, the spacious 9,500 square foot Center now features a new line of CYBEX ® VR3 circuit and free weights. The multi-purpose exercise training facility serves the fitness needs for a student enrollment for 4100.

The fitness center is also the home of the strength and conditioning program for the Lady Regals and Kingsmen who participate in the University’s 20 men’s and women’s NCAA Division III sports teams

The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) provided the design consultation, layouts and supplied the equipment for the facilities.
