REDONDO BEACH, CA. | JULY 31, 2019 – The Beach Cities Health District’s (BCHD) Center for Health & Fitness (CHF) recently upgraded their entire cardiovascular training area. The facility serves residents from Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo Beach with a “welcoming gym community in a friendly and professional environment.”
The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with management and the fitness staff in selecting all new cardio machines as part of the fitness center upgrades. The facility offers residents a variety of new cardio options including the Cybex Arc Trainer, SCIFIT Recumbent Steppers and Concept II Rowers.
BCHD is planning the Healthy Living Campus Master Plan. The new campus will be anchored in health, livability and community, an “intergenerational, vibrant campus where people can engage in healthy behaviors, form meaningful connections and be well for many generations to come.”
