SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA | APRIL 23, 2015 – Located in the vibrant area of San Diego’s Golden Triangle, Axiom La Jolla recently opened a newly renovated fitness center. Raintree Partners, a Laguna Niguel, Calif.-based real estate investment and development company acquired the 302-unit multifamily community in 2010.
Residents now enjoy numerous upgrades to the property including the new exercise facility. The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment® (TDM) worked with Raintree staff on the design of the new space above the pool area and supplied equipment for the fitness center and studio. Residents can now enjoy a “health club” workout with HOIST Roc-IT® strength and Cybex E3 HDTV cardio machines.
Adjacent is a private studio for abs, stretching, TRX® cross training and virtual yoga and spinning classes from WELLBEATS®.
